Who We Are
Builder, Ken Troupe, started out in 2001 in South Carolina by establishing a small building company in Beaufort, S.C.. As the Company’s reputation for quality and attention to traditional southern details began to spread, interest in our company grew. His company became one of the premier custom homebuilders of the Lowcountry that built award-winning homes within many high-end communities throughout the area. Today, ROVER Tiny Homes & Cottages, remains a small company that maintains the values set forth. The emphasis being to simply focus on smaller scale homes, high quality renovation or restoration projects. We consider every home we work on to be a unique and special opportunity and we approach each with the same passion and desire that Ken established years ago.
How we work
ROVER homes are BUILT TO LAST. With our focus on the highest standards of quality, we are on the job every day, assuring that no detail is missed on the construction of your home. From design to final finish, we work with you and your family every step of the way. The builder-client relationship is the most valuable aspect of the project. We aim to please and we are very committed to our clients’ satisfaction. Our incredible reputation, past and current, speaks for itself. We would love to work with you on your residential project.
